Nike 10km 比賽日

由于是日有兩場比賽 (10KM 加色級定向)
星期六晚九時許已睡覺
星期日早上五時一刻起床
駕車出發往天水圍
到達時約六時四十五分
寄存行李後開始熱身
邊熱身邊看日出
身邊的紅衣跑手越來越多
是時候向起點進發
起點前已密麻麻的擠滿健兒
倒數五聲後正式起跑
但我仍要約三分鐘後才經過起步區
此後十公里以均速前進
天水圍這條賽道原是天水圍西的洪天路
賽道共經過七條高低不一的橋
所以這十公里是在起伏的賽道上完成
時間 一小時三分四十六
(official time 1 hr 03 min 40)
不太好
但只操了三課加上有感冒
算是差強人意

Ivan: They no longer wish to be defenders of Christendom!

Ivan: They gave Russia to be devoured to Lithuania, to the Germans! Everyone thinks only of their own enrichment, forgetting about the Fatherland! Therefore, obeying the great sorrow, which fills my heart, I once more return to the reigns of the state, and I shall rule as an Autocrat!

Comments: In the period depicted in this video, Ivan was deeply mistrustful of the boyars, whom he blamed for the death of his wife (she was, supposedly, poisoned). Also, he fell deathly ill, and asked the boyars to swear allegiance to his infant son. The boyars, thinking that the Tsar was dying and couldn’t punish them for their disloyalty, refused. Unfortunately for them, Ivan recovered. In 1564, Ivan IV abdicated the throne and retired to a monastery. As that left Russia without a divinely ordained ruler, the people begged him to return. Ivan did, on the condition that he will reign as an autocrat. He then proceeded to establish the Oprichnina, and launched the first Great Purge in Russian history, almost wiping out the boyars and their families in their entirety.

雪蛤系乜
雪蛤 = 蛤士蟆
雪蛤膏 = 蛤蟆油
雪蛤膏含豐富蛋白質，礦水化合物，能治神經弱，精力不足，肺虛咳嗽。雪蛤最主要的成分為蛋白質，只有4%為脂肪，而且還是不含膽固醇的優質脂肪酸。它的美顏功效，來自蛙類生殖器的豐富荷爾蒙，與俗稱「雞生腸」的雞輸卵管異曲 同工。民間相傳，婦女產後可用雞生腸、雞蛋仔煮酒大補身，原理正在於此。
蛤蟆是青蛙和蟾蜍的統稱，「蛤蟆油」是雌性青蛙和蟾蜍的輸卵管加工製成的蛙類補品。田雞則是青蛙的統稱，坊間有業者，以「田雞油」，也就是用「雌性青蛙」的輸卵管加工製成，也號稱是「雪蛤」高價出售。
現在市場上的購買者﹐多是用來調補小孩發育不良及一些消耗性疾病所形成的體虛。雪蛤以塊大﹑肥厚﹑呈黃白色﹑有光澤者為上品﹐發透水時可膨脹到十倍到十五倍。市場上的次貨一般剝自田雞身上。食用雪蛤膏﹐份量最宜是一錢到三錢﹐小孩子一 錢即可。雪蛤膏多數用來炖食﹐炖前﹐先用清水泡發一夜﹐次日換水再蒸炖。
「雪蛤炖冰糖」是著名的炖品﹐做這味炖品要注意的是做前要用水發透﹐炖時要夠 火候。
火候到時雪蛤會象花朵一樣松開﹐同時﹐落糖夠甜即可﹐不宜過多。
